The Tactical stab-proof vest Odin Elite combines certified stab protection with a significantly advanced material platform for optimized climate comfort in professional operations. It is designed for law enforcement and security personnel who require a robust tactical vest with high protection performance, modular configuration capability and improved breathability.

The protection architecture corresponds to the proven construction of the Professional version. The protection panels consist of a multi-layer composite made of carbon fiber–epoxy resin laminates permanently bonded to the textile carrier material. This construction ensures high energy absorption under stab impact and provides reliable protection against knives, needles, screwdrivers and other pointed objects. In addition, it delivers effective protection against blunt force impacts such as punches and kicks.

The key difference compared to the Professional version lies in the enhanced textile base structure of the protection panels. Instead of staple-fiber aramid fabric, high-strength Cordura®-like filament yarns are used. In combination with a patent-pending process, this results in significantly improved breathability. Heat and moisture buildup are noticeably reduced – a decisive advantage during physical exertion and extended operational periods.

The protection elements are arranged to provide large-area coverage of the chest, abdomen, flanks and back. In the side areas, the protection zones overlap to achieve near full-circumference protection. Despite the high level of protection, the elements remain flexible, dimensionally stable and moisture-resistant.

The durable carrier platform made of 100 % polyester is constructed from a robust performance fabric designed for high mechanical stress in tactical environments. The ergonomic carrier system ensures a stable fit, balanced weight distribution and high wearing comfort.

The Odin Elite features an integrated MOLLE attachment system for modular equipment configuration. Generous hook-and-loop areas on the front and back allow for the attachment of patches, identification markings, or insignia. Adjustable shoulder straps and side adjustments enable individual adaptation to different body types and operational requirements. Durable quick-release buckles ensure secure fastening and easy donning and doffing of the vest.

Depending on size, the weight ranges from approximately 2.2 kg to 3.2 kg. The protection panels are removable, allowing the carrier platform to be cleaned separately.

The protection panels are manufactured in Remscheid – Made in Germany – and are certified according to VPAM KDIW 2004 – Level K1. They represent consistent quality and reproducible protection performance in professional operations.
